Our Mission to is empower, inspire and educate women in the journey after cancer. We do this by being involved in the community and hosting community events. Inner Tough Girls After Cancer is a 501 c non profit organization. All of the money donated goes directly to offering programs and education material at no charge.
The Inner Tough
Girl Events came from a group of women who have a deep passion for the
community and have been affected by cancer in some way. They realized
that while we might not be able to cure cancer, there are ways we can
support each other. Nutrition, stress management, exercise all change
once you have had cancer. Everything changes. Post traumatic stress
disorder, hormone changes. Life. We are here to support you in your
journey after cancer.
Angella Hamilton ~ Founder
Angella was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at the age of 37. Having a fitness background as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, she felt she had valuable tools to aid in her recovery. She started the Inner Tough Girl blog as a way to communicate with friends and family about her dance with cancer. After struggling with 'post cancer' issues, a group of women joined together to bring this knowledge and support to other cancer survivors of all types.
Meg Nudelman ~ Co Founder
Meg met Angella in 2008 and was inspired by her spirit, determination, and candor during her cancer journey. Losing both her parents, close friends and having a cancer scare herself, she felt drawn to the cause and the message behind it.
Meg spent over a decade acquiring various field knowledge in
industries ranging from the medical to financial services after
earning her Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems. She has spent the last ten years in hospitality management with the Marriott corporation and brings her management, research and genuine care for people to the Tough Girls.
Beverly Bryant ~ Co- Founder

Planner and Activity Director. While pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management Anne earned Phi Theta Kappa
