Sometimes the word 'exercise' scares people away. What if we called it Movement Therapy?

Tough Girl's Founder, Angella Hamilton had the gift of teaching a 'movement therapy' class during her treatments. It was a gift in disguise. The healing power of gentle movement through Tai Chi and Yoga was an unexpected benefit to her recovery and range of motion after multiple surgeries.
